    well, this is a requirement for preventative maintenance. Shipboard units are required to do this monthly according to the PMS cards that I have been issued. We are also requried to meg and record the readings of our transmission lines and antenna's.

    we use it all the time at work there are several manufactures out there. I like the starbright we normally get out of the stock system. the 3m stuff is good too, but it takes several coats. we use it on control lines and coaxial lines I do have a large write-up i have included in contracts...
