    Great looking m818, great thread! I have learned a lot and I thought I knew a little about winching. The scotch anchors, never have seen that done and could have used that a few times when pulling out stuck dozers. Thanks all for contributing!

    That's a nice Caterpillar, but it is built for dirt work, not for out in the woods. No Winch = Trouble. I'd hate to have to explain just how I know that. :beer:
