C turbo for sure. Some whilstle at idle, one we have now sounds just like a d turbo until you step on it.- Evil Dr. Porkchop

They sound the same to me whether an lds or ldt, take a look at the turbo itself, maybe it is not a c or d at all. Though unlikely, the owner could have done some fab work i guess.- Evil Dr. Porkchop

With the differences in the air intake and exhaust on the deuce as compared to the multi 5 tons, the c or d turbo is a direct bolt on for an lds in a deuce, instead of needing some fab work to fit in the 5 ton turbos.- Evil Dr. Porkchop

You'll know when you step on it, some whistle more at idle then others, a d turbo has no whilsle at all.- Evil Dr. Porkchop

Have you heard it run yet? An lds could have a c turbo, and the 1c or 1a does not mean it doesn't have a whistler.- Evil Dr. Porkchop
