Well started out buy changing oil and all filters on my M925a2 I bleed the air out of the fuel and got it started and it ran great. So I shut it down and I zip tied some of the wires off the fuel shut off soionoid. I went to start it and it would not start. Started lookin and I pulled a wire...
Well I have always hated the OEM oil pressure gauge. My m925a2(8.3) truck was a camp dodge rebuild and the oil pressure reads 30 psi on start up and when warm its at zero. Put a manual gauge on it and now I feel better. It's running 75 psi on cold start up and 40 psi at after warming up.
Its a 925A2. i have to do only a small bit of grinding on the front bow since its mounted on the upper bow so im going to grind the ear off the pole and slide it down anout 4 inchs to level it out with the rear,
I thought this was cool, I was painting my m939a2 and I found this MFG tag on the bed. I worked at this plant back in the mid 80s building military truck body's.

Well, it was finally nice out about a week ago so my M925A2 went from tan back to 383 green. After reading the posts about Behr paint and how to paint and all the different tricks here is what it looks like.
CTIS valve core
We'll I've been working on my M939A2 off and on, and I've had trouble filling the two front tires as it takes 15 to 20 minutes to fill one tire from 20psi to 70. I went around to the fronts and decided to tear into it. As you can see in the picture this was hiding in the valve...
