    cleaning out transfer case with diesel ?

    If I ran it at all, it would be under no load (drive shafts disconnected) and only for a minute or two at idle rpm for some splash. I would not want anything to get hot nor a bearing surface gall. Why do you think it necessary to flush it out? Not really a sludge-producing component.
