The multifuels are a 50+ year old design. There are very limited things you can do to them without blowing something up. They are designed for 130-150hp. Accept that fact.
If you want more power, you really need to do a repower.
The multifuel was not designed to be a powerhouse like your Cummins is. You will be sorely disappointed.

Let me ask this. You have been here since 2010. How much time have you spent here reading about the various trucks?
Not that it matters, but how old are you?
These trucks where designed 50 years ago to be heavy and slow. They are not hotrods.
With enough money and time, you can make them...
the M809 is a series of trucks. (M813 ,M818, M816, etc). They have the Cummins 250 engines
The older M39 series had the multifuel (m51, M52, M54, etc). Getting harder to find.
