    5 tons can be registered as antiques in MA and become exempt from the CDL rule. My M35 and my M818 were/are registered as antiques. I'm also pretty sure the M123 the next town over is registered as an antique. I know he does not use escorts or anything of the sort nor have flags saying wide load...
