Yeah Clinto she looks better than about 20 other ones I looked at over the last couple of years. Did some careful sanding on the hood and the number looks like 02EL0470, would that be enough digits? Sound right for an A2? I guess that would make it a 1970? It also has a BUDD tag on the firewall...

Here are the pics, uneventful recovery(best kind). Some body damage but underneath and floors are solid. This was an OC jeep as it has the addition of OC running lights front and rear. This one came out of Ft. Chaffee so that makes sense as they used to have the JRTC here.
