    Starter rebuild kits?

    I just had to rebuild the starter on my M1009 as it was shot also. Apparently its just the solenoid thats 24 V. Walked up to the counter at the local auto parts store, rebuild kit is a common item, cost me 40 bucks. Came with bendix,brushes and bearings.I'm sure you could just buy the bendix...
