    Mep003a Oil Leak between Flywheel Housing a Generator Assembly

    Oil flow through the cooler is thermostatically controlled, you shouldn't have any meaningful flow when cold. The thermostat is under the filter housing. Check the crankcase breather, if this is obstructed, crankcase pressure can force oil out of the rear main seal.
