4BT Turbo
I can't remember what turbo I have . It has only Cummins reman numbers on it . It was off a 12 valve . Early 6BT, I am thinking a 1992 . It works great . I changed fuel pin , turned up star wheel and and did not turn up the full fuel screw . No injector mods at all . I am getting 26...
HX35 turbo

Not related to your issues , my 4bt in a Dodge is getting 26 MPG the 318 gas got 9 MPG . Hey Gimp , back not much better , just holding my own. Good ole Duke Energy , breakin it off in me ! Stole about 200K in retirement funds after 35 years of employment !
4 bt Flywheel

I have the adapter, bell-housing for manual trans, starter and vacuum pump that you will have to use . I have a non canted to GM bell-housing adapter . most are canted 15 degrees
