    Does the governor on the back of the injector pump look like its been molester, I mean, worked on by a 52d? can you adjust the hz/volts down before it safety's out?

    Yes you are correct on only pulling 10kw. If you need single ph, use leg 1 and 3, lets make them run correctly first.
