Hoping Will will see this. Curious how to adjust fuel on this one, throttle shaft doesn't have the tamper proof ball. This one looks solid.

So what if your PT pump doesn't have the ball to drill out? This one appears to be a solid shaft unless I'm missing something.

Any manifold will flow plenty for that setup. I'd look for one without the after cooler to simply things. Any of the older 335 cummins should have what you need.
No reason to continue debating this with every person who posts on here. Many people on ss, myself included, have had great results by adding a turbo and bumping up the power. It's your truck, do what you want and feel free to share pictures and your results after you do your engine swap.
From personal experience, you can get around 335-350 horse safety from the NHC 250 by adding a turbo and doing pump adjustments. The small cam is a non issue unless you plan on exceeding 250,000 or more miles on that rig. Considering most are current under 20k, I don't think that will happen...
Here are a few pics of the dual fuel mod. It's a straight forward project, the hardest part is removing the plug from the rear head. I stole someone elses idea and used lapping compound on the allen head but that still didn't get it. I ended up using a torch to get it very hot then a proto...
I did the dual fuel mod at the same time as the turbo install. I can't comment on if it made a difference or not since lots of other changes were made at the same time.
I wouldn't run a #5 and spin 2500 RPM, that's living on the edge. It must make massive smoke too.
I'm in Olympia. The main reason I did the turbo mod was to clear up the obnoxious smoke, the extra power was an added benefit. I bought a complete 335 and took all of the parts needed from that. The turbo is sized right for the power level I was after. I'll probably add an air to air...
Srodocker,
I see your not too far from me. I've pulled the Nisqually hill on I5 up toward hawks prairie with my equipment trailer and excavator in tow (about 22k plus truck weight) and was still going 40 mph by the time I hit the Hawks Prairie exit. Before the turbo, it would barely do that...
I've got about 5,000 miles on my turbo setup and love it! Initially I just added the turbo with no fuel mods. That gave a slight increase but cleared up the smoke. After about 1,000 miles I swapped the 27 button out for a 20 and added 1 shim to gain some RPM. That made all the different in...
