    Yes, usually worn bushings and springs. I'd start there. Pretty easy and inexpensive fix.

    Do a search on Death Wobble. Then check the obvious, tires, lug nuts, bearings, and so on. Seems most common issue is worn king pin bushings and or king pin springs.
