    I'm not speaking on the obvious, or what you do with a visual know nothing inspection. I'm talking about pumping up the tires with CTIS. Declaring a truck unroadworthy because deuce tires on a M35A3 are flat is nuts.

    They (GL people) just run a vehicle over to the truck and hook up the slave cable and start it, if it will start from low batteries. Once started, the CTIS pumps up the tires.
