    I did read that you replaced core about a year ago..........my buddies 1009 had a problem just like yours where no heat got into the cab, after changing out radiators, burping the cooling system and confirming proper function of the thermostat........it turned out to be that a critter had built...

    Good, it sounds like you found your problem! On another note I want to mention that my 1008 has had a problem with that a little aswell....Mine was a huge air bubble in the upper radiator hose caused by previous owner doing a coolant flush and not "birping it"....I dont know if it's an issue...
