D2, no i don't say you need 2 converters, just 1 that is big enough. if you run 2 converters, you have to split your AC system...
We have a mess with or abbreviations... :-)
AC = current and AC air condition... to clarify AC means 110V AC.
you cannot use 2 converters in 1 AC circuit to double...
D2, it's simple math. 12V / 70A = 840W.....
you have to chose between a modified sine-wave and a pure sine-wave...the modified are cheaper, but you may have problems with electronic devices.
the retailer where i bought my inverter told me that a modern fridge has a starting current up to 30...
i'm not shure about...but i've bought herculiner and i read that you can use xylol for thinning. maybe you can spray it. x my finger for you that everything works out!
you should add a foldable handrail, like this on:
for antislip you can use aluminium granulat...you can get it cheap from a scrapyard...and with a thin layer of paint you have a nice antislip surface.
better idea:
mount solarpanels on the roof.... with this large roof you can power your AC and a fridge.....
i will do it on my shelter, as soon as i can afford it....
it sounds for me easier to mount a second skin than mounting a tarp. for both you'll need spacers.
I would glue square tubes (1x1) lengthwise on the top, rivet or glue sheet metal on it, paint it white, thats it. With bodywork adhesive or the special adhesives available its a save and strong...
