    The 10 spd if not a older spicer, there is a good chance it will not clear the front driveshaft on the left and the winch pto will not fit on the right, I have been looking for a 8 or 10 spd spicer for my 819, I found a older 16 spd spicer but that would be WAY over kill, also about 36,000 lbs...

    I would NOT bump the fuel TILL you had a WORKING pyo, the 250 DOES NOT have piston coolers, it would be a shame to cook a piston.

    Take a look at a Canadian 809 hood, all there trucks had jakes

    Did you use the jake push rods, they are the same length, but THICKER, the stock will bend under heavy jakeing, the thicker push rods come with the jake kit, these ARE 24v solenoids that you are using, the reason I ask is that you state you only changed 1, the stock ones are 12v .
