    where is the best place to title a humvee

    some states do not give titles on older vehicles, GA is one, the 819 is reg. but no title, sell it to a non title state member with the BOS, then after reg. in that state, then buy it back with a state reg. and a new BOS, or set up a state residentence and then reg. it
