    It can. I took an old PCB, removed the bottom connector, and jumpered the power solenoid wire on it. If mine ever goes to lunch unexpectedly, I can simply unplug my PCB and plug this jumpered connector in and everything will work. My gear reduction starter has a relay on it so it only needs...
