    You can adjust your steering stops, but that costs you in terms of turning radius. My personal opinion is dump the CTIS and use the hemtt wheels if you want to run the 16's.

    It appears to be a HET wheel and no, it won't fit. The offset is wrong, and the holes aren't tapered.
