    Got that right! I recently spent a few extra months getting and AZ title for my A3, as WV DMV would not accept the GL SF97 and bill of sale. It was strange as they had accepted those same docs for 3 other vehicles. Go figure. GL to their credit was very good about meeting all of WV DMV demands.
