    Electric issue...

    No i cant. Remove the 4 screws holding the gauge cluster in. Pull the cluster out. You may need to unscrew speedo cable. The bolt will be in there to the upper right side pointing towards the front. Right behind the push/ pull heater knobs.

    The ground connection behind the heater controls has wires on both sides of the firewall. Clean those wire ends and replace the rusty bolt.
