    MEP004A keeps running at low RPM after it is shut off

    Went out to run my spare 004A and it took a good 30 seconds to start and get to normal RPM. I then noticed that the voltage was at 120V, but nothing on the frequency meter. Shut it down to try again, but it took it about two minutes to actually shut down. It kept on running a a very low RPM...
