That should be a sweet project, red; hope you'll post a link here somewhere if you start a new thread for that:
- Saves My Lazy A** a step from having to look up the new thread on my own. Ain't I a sorry sucker!?
A lazy bum here would love it if you were to post the link here sometime later in one of your posts here.
Please? (Lazy admittedly, but always TRYING to stay polite  )
No suggestions for transport, but maybe you can cut a deal with a towing/ recovery company (with a secure yard), and negotiate some small change to pay them just to let you drop it in their yard until you're ready to haul it off. If they got room, there's nothing to lose for them.

I would LOVE to come you there and check out Utah. I've never been in that part of the country, but the pictures of the place sure look pretty.
Not this time, but one of these days. Thanks for the invite, and good luck; send us some "pitchers".
Getting some good work done there, red. [thumbzup]
I've been looking for a pop-up tent/awning like you get there over the engine bay:
- As those things go, do you like the one you got?
- And if so, do you mind letting us know where you picked it up?
I look forward to hearing what YOU have to say, rustystud, because it is always backed up with some interesting experience; frequently a good story, and also is always useful.
It's like we're some kind of mutual aid society or something, you know!? [thumbzup]
Sometimes I feel dread before starting a new project, just because of the anticipation of how wrong it can all go.
No matter how hard you try to get something right, it often seems like the gods are out to get you. You just got to laugh.
