Used my CUCV to rescue my K1500 ...it went really cold here and I wanted to make space for oncoming traffic on a small rural road...slipped right off the road and into the ditch, had to use sandsheets and salt (for the road to get grip) ...since all the roads were white and not salted yet I...

This is a "PEFC" certified forest...there are forests that look really worse, only mono-culture... no thicket (or do americans call it brush, I dont know). I can get some pictures from the parts of the forest which are not harvested at the moment, but its still for profit, not a nature preserve...

Well, I am used to tow out 40Ton Trucks a few times a day (if its rainy or muddy) with a 40Ton Wheel-Loader. You definetely dont want to be near the Cable when it breaks, dunno how hard it hits on a 3ton Truck but on those big toys a snatching cable can cut you in half, if you got bad luck. I...

my cab is closed. Its a Single-Cab M1009 now... pre owners welded a Steel Plate into it & cut the backseat out. I Think about cutting a hole into the cabin back, so I could maybe put in a M1008 Rear Window... Since my papers say my M1009 has 3 seats, I´d like to replace the Seats with the M1008...

Some Pics of my M1009 ... its a bit modified to match german tax laws better (loosing backseats makes it so much cheaper I could buy a rebuild IP from the money I save - every year.) so its now a single cab :D
