    Small crane or forklift rental, 4 casters, fab up a cart and call it done. After going up and down the steps 673x over a few weeks (months?) ripping out, insulating and reinstalling the interior, you'll hear me :D

    Literally any car audio shop will install sound deadening at an hourly rate. Alternatively, take the cab off and cart it in the garage. It would be much easier to do all the work you speak of at ground level anyway.
