Two tires on! 4 to go. Got it down to a 2 day turn around. Longest part is cleaning the rim really well and painting. I need to invest in an air ratchet. Doing this all by hand and a 6 foot breaker bar with 1” drive.

I have not had an issue putting the tire on or off yet.
