    I am US citizen with no criminal record. I also hold top security clearance. I can get in to military bases as long as I have a sponsor. i just asked in general. I don't think you have to be a US citizen to buy from GP / GL unless items require EUC. Just hire commercial carrier to pick up...

    If you cannot get into any military bases, only option you have is hire a commercial carrier to pick it up for you? Is it true? That would not be economical thing to do. Beside, you need to be a retiree to take time to deal with GP or almost beg them to get your item.
