That was a nice looking truck, it was running when I was there helping Loco pick up the Indiana Jones truck I believe.

Yes and no. For me, I can get a call off to my wife if I go to the top of a hill nearby, but not when at camp. But I have ATT so less bars in more places, your reception will vary, just don't expect full time cell service.

I'm thinking that this probably isn't the trip for you, there are many places closer that are better for strictly wheelin. That isn't the main focus of Camp Dirtbag even though some wheelin does occur.

Yes, it is the 395 exit. I'm pretty sure that's considered Hesperia, but doesn't matter, it's easy to find and reasonably priced.

There is a Pilot Truck Stop in Hesperia (just before Victorville) off the I-15. That's where I usually fuel up.

I'll probably be there around noon on Thursday and the rest of the Bad Karma group arriving on Friday (hopefully not as late as last time).
