    wldrbob, I have a 1952 M35 Gasser with a OA331 engine and 11.00x20 NDT tires. I have put several thousand miles on it in the past few years. I record my fuel use. Anytime I drive more than 35-40 mph, I get 4.6-5.3 mpg. That is all that needs to be said about getting out and trying it...
