Mike, take that battery relocation kit idea with a reservation or two. I have that on mine and it flops around a bit. Not a 100% wonderful thing. There are a few more quals that should be discussed, perhaps in a thread just about that. As for CDL and scale stops... I can speak for Oregon laws...
