    Just won a MTV Question AZ says a CDL is needed for over 26,000 GCVW, and doesnt say anything about air brakes. So if I have the truck unloaded and have no intent to cargo carry would I be ok without a CDL in AZ? Do all MTVs have the turret rings or just the cut out to add the ring...
