Don't know if you want to mention this to soldier A... but... I think I still have a high performance camshaft for that engine. if you are interested you will need to send me the sizes of the bearings that fit your engine. GM changed the bearing sizes when they began to offer the automatic...- Bob USNR

I have occasionally found old truck parts to be "no longer manufactured". Sometimes the difference is just the specific length has been discontinued but the ends are all the same. My first experience with this was a 1946 Chevy 5 ton (civilian) truck. (I still have it) The parts store guy handed...- Bob USNR
