    Yes it does show the valve. It's next to the washer fluid container that has 3 hoses going into it. Goobble it and you find lots of info.

    disconnect the hose coming from the fan clutch at the Caddy valve. Then apply air to it with your air compressor and you should see the fan move forward . If you don't then you can apply it over and over I had to apply it about 25 times before my fan clutches freed up.

    The fan will move front to back. If it doesn't then your fan clutch pack is prob seized up. Mine had this problem and I fixed this with my air compressor and some air.
