    Xtreme 4X4 Deuce bobbed(Spike TV)

Of course there are possible PROs & CONs to increased popularity of any vehicle. It always AMUSES me how paranoid some members are on here about adding new inexperienced owners to our hobby. There are ALREADY PLENTY of inexperienced Deuce owners out there today. Some are smart...

    Xtreme 4X4 Deuce bobbed(Spike TV)

:ditto: I couldn't agree more!! In MY Humble Opinion (IMHO) Ian & Stacy do a great job with their respective shows! I enjoy watching them for the technical advice given, for the creative projects & ideas, and merely for their entertainment value. Allows me to be exposed to some high $$$...

I'll bet that you'll see a significant increase in wheel orders following the airing of that episode!! ALL GOOD!! :-D

    Xtreme 4X4 Deuce bobbed(Spike TV)

Thanks Dan! That's pretty much what I'd guessed the differences would be. I'd have to imagine that once you figured out an appropriate dual master cylinder, and a suitable proportioning valve, the rest should be pretty easy! HARD TO BELIEVE that someone hasn't put a kit together for MV...

Dan, What are the majpr differences between the A2 & A3 brake systems? Do you have a diagram of the A3 system? Is it a complete replacement? OR does it just require a few additional components & some extra plumbing? THANKS! -Bear-

Ian, Great to see you here on the SS site. "jasonjc" is restoring a firetruck, and he has already commented on this thread (2 posts above your 1st post). Please PM or email him & offer him that bed and any other Firetruck specific parts that you are not planning on using! He is located in...

    Xtreme 4X4 Deuce bobbed(Spike TV)

The 3 names they suggested on the show ("Private Pebble", "General Gravel", or "Corporal Stone") all seem to suggest that this project will have something to do with ROCKS. I'm guessing it will be an oversized Rock-Crawler! & I'd be willing to bet that it will be a Bobbed Deuce, but we WILL...

    Xtreme 4X4 Deuce bobbed(Spike TV)

OK, I watched again today... When they showed the Deuce on the trailer they DID say that they are thinking BIG next year on Extreme! They also suggested project names like "Private Pebble", "General Gravel", or "Corporal Stone". I'm looking forward to seeing THAT project!! -Bear-

    Xtreme 4X4 Deuce bobbed(Spike TV)

I've gotta admit, I was focusing all of my limited brain power on looking at the Deuce rather than listening to what was being said. (My EX-wife would say that this is typical of me...) Gonna have to tune in for the last 5-minutes again today to see & HEAR what I might have missed... -Bear-

    Xtreme 4X4 Deuce bobbed(Spike TV)

It was at the VERY END of the episode titled "Towing 101" ( Episode: XT2009-18 ) This episode will replay at 12:30pm on Sunday 19July. (I don't remember any mention of an upcoming project... I thought they were just using it to demonstrate a HEAVY trailering load...) -Bear-
