Pointman, I actually reached out to the same folks with the number of splines and rough measurements and they suggested the A01 adapter.

Oh, you're lowering it.... I was thinking when I get new seats i might need to raise the steering wheel.

I've been looking at steering wheels for a while and haven't had a lot of luck. Pointman, will the new machined part work with the blinkers? I know there was a thread somewhere that told how to set up the original steering wheel to have terminating blinkers.
