    Concur on that. I hate the fact you can't do traffic jam avoidance on the interstates in PA.

    Take a reporter with you. I tend not to like reporters but this could very well turn into the Harvey Weinstein of the dot world.

    So they're claiming legal reasons (with no real recourse to the out of stater) to take money from you. Sounds like thievery to me.
