    What is the trick in getting to keep the wire band on and the rubber seal to work with each other I was defeated this after noon so I thought I would ask,if there is some thing that I am not doing and that there is some thing that I should be doing that I not.

    Not by me, nor do I believe it was done, lately, the truck was last serviced in 2010 by the military. the truck is a 1998 m932a2.
