    Yes, it's possible -- and it works great! It is a Wilson starter I picked up from NAPA. 24 volt and the part number is 91-01-4417. No shimming needed.

    Installed the DH relay today, as per the sticky instructions. Works great. I initially hated to cut into the wiring harness, but decided this is a necessary upgrade. I had a run-on situation occur a week ago. Luckily I knew what to do from reading the forums here after buying the truck...
