What did I stumble on, Deuce or 5-Ton??
The more I look at that picture, ( the white cab complete truck) the more I'm willing to bet its a CCW not a CCKW. Wish the weeds in front allowed us to see the front axle, I'd be willing to bet its an I-beam axle not a "banjo" for a CCKW. There are just too many similarities to my truck...- Capt Pat

The winch looks like something off a utility truck, not off something maritime as the winch is wrong, its obviously not a ' jury riged' winch and capstan outfit, too nice looking, but didn't belong where it is now. Designed as one piece and made to run off a chain drive PTO rig. Really nice...- Capt Pat

That is the early GMC cab on the red truck in the barn (why is it every one of those early things has a red cab and black fenders????? Must have been a good color combo for the farmers, mine was that way too, but mine is a 6x4 CCW) It's missing the window protector on the back of the cab, but...- Capt Pat
