    No and if ypou look the tanks have vent going up the intake outside. If the vent was plugged it would cause big problems.

    I have the cummins 250 motor. On top of the pump is a fuel cut off both electric and manual. I have checked to see if this is working and it is.

    Fuel Starvation Thanks for the replies.. The motor is a 250 Cummins. Tanks and clean, no cracked lines, Fuel tank vaule is free and working (note old filter and all lines and tank and shiney clean, no rust, nothing).
