    Do paper clips indicate lockers?

    I've seen most of the USMC five tons with the Lockers, ISO beds, Fording kits and paper clips on the front bumpers.....It's almost standard equipment for them with the exceptions here and there. My Sharlene has each of the above except the paper clips......and most of the time there were cut...
