    Yep, that is 100% CB lingo. Ham operators actually know what they are talking about and use the proper terms for stuff. Make some records, contact the FCC and send all the info you have. Enforcement Bureau Fines for those guys usually start at $5000

    It is actually pretty common. The CB guy is using an illegal high powered amp. the wires for your speaker act like an antenna and carry the sound to the speakers.
