Sorry it has been awhile, I was unable to work on this problem for the past couple days. I took the dash apart, and all the bulbs are good... All the dummy light come on when the ignition is turned on except the gen 2 light, but it is still good and not burned out. I have no dash illumination...

So what you're saying is that the bulb is the problem, and when I replace the bulb, gen2 will charge the second battery just fine?

Thanks for the help, I'll definitely have them load tested and charge them externally. Can I get a civilian bulb for the gen2 light?
