    Yeah, to move the tire out just a little. Sometimes they rub a little bit on the parking brake cable is my understanding, this just moves them out a little bit. I just paid like $17 for a pair of 1/2 inch spacer plates on Amazon. Looking at the studs that's probably the absolute thickest...
