    Drivetrain from early m998 to newer 6.5 turbo and 4l80e trans with new t-case

    according to specs, max RPMs are supposed to be 3600 under load (4k no load, but what's the point?) Peak torque is supposed to be 2000-2100rpms, so if you're running it much above that you're wasting fuel. As for "over revving" to me it's anything that your cooling system can't easily keep...

    Drivetrain from early m998 to newer 6.5 turbo and 4l80e trans with new t-case

    6.2 and 3 speed reportedly cruises at 50-55 comfortably, with the 6.5NA and 4 speed people report 70-80. I'd imagine since the transmission is the same the 6.5 turbo will be 70-80 as well. It's more about the transmission than the engine, going from 3 speed to 4 speed makes the cruising speed...
