That looks great. I am diggin the cupholders too. That little Cobra should work great for you, they actually are pretty good for being so much cheaper than a fullsize. I had one and loved it, but I wanted to upgrade, and did so later. Cool setup, nice and clean.

I'm sorry I didn't wish you happy birthday, but if it makes you feel better I had a few beers and they can be in your honor GE. Put up some pics of this CB install. I bet it will be awesome.

I am running a Cobra 29 wxnwst with the ext speaker the wrong way, and a Firestik antenna. Give me a shout if ou have any questions. You seem to have most of this under control though. Im just glad to help. If it is a modern (recent, like in the last 10 years) CB then it will probably have 2...

Don't get external speaker and PA speaker confused. Ext speaker is for a louder speaker in your cab for you to hear. It replaces the CBs built in speaker. PA speaker is for your broadcasting out loud. They go outside. I myself am doing this backwards right now. I am using my waterproof ext...

I would look at ammo cases for your space. I don't know the measurements, but you may be able to find one and put it on its side or something. You could bolt it down and with sealing, you would not have to worry about water. Plus the ammo cans are lockable. Just a thought. Good job on everything...

Well, no one was hurt, and now you know it has a problem, so I suppose the day could have been worse. Good luck.

I will do ya one better.... http://www.quickfistclamps.com/ I have a thread here: http://jocci.co/smf/index.php?topic=436.0 You can check out the mounts I made for the roof rack stuff. It wasn't too hard. Im on a college budget and did it for only a few bucks with scrap metal. Sorry for the...

I got a hi-lift on my Jeep's roof rack on one side, and a shovel on the other. My axe is going in QuickFist clamps inside my trunk lid hatch. You could try that on the back of the cab or something. It should take up less room than a Pioneer rack. And it may be cheaper. Thats what locks are for...

It won't do ya no good ziptied to the grille. Better put it in the back of the cab. On the wall.

I get it now. Thanks for the explanation. Makes perfect sense. Kinda like a shackle-sandwich then huh?

This has me a bit confused...Im not following, but thats probably me. Do you have any pics to explain this? Everything looks good. I am also caught on your top secret lock plan. Do the pins on these shackles extend through, or only go flush? If they extend through, then just drill a hole through...

This has been taken into effect in most states. When a truck is jacked up pretty high, the lights are not allowed to be above a certain level. This level varies, but is similar to any other semi truck. Sometimes I have seen lights lowered or their location changed because of this. Your problem...
