i have never be hassled with or without it displayed, however, the one time i am in a hurry i don't want that to be the time some LEO decides i need it displayed. just do i right so you only have to do i once. -

i have had the one on my M109a3 for several tears with no problem. the wiring parts you will need are 1 y connection, 1 headlight connector or wire with the same ends (to plug into y and plug into the taillight plug) and 1 wire to go from y connection to the licence plate light plug. i will... -

here is the Licence Plate on My M109a3. the front , Back and the y connection to get it power. i did not do any prep on the Light when i installed it. it was shinny and i just hit it with flat black, i need to redo. -

thanks, :beer: Texas requires a licence plate light and none of my trucks are registered as FMV or collector vehicles. i started to do that but i am the type that sometimes i just jump in a truck a drive. i did not want to worry about the getting a ticket for joy riding in my own truck. -

drill and tap is what i did (well had done). both of these trucks have winches now so i will have to drill and tap it again because i had to flip the bumper the holes are on the bottom now. see the two holes below the winch.
