    5400w @ 240v is ~23 amps. That will require a 10 gauge wire between the generator and heater.     You'll need to check the wire sizes to make sure you won't overload anything. If its a self cleaning oven its likely that it runs both elements already when running the cleaning cycle. Many also run both elements when preheating.
